I'm playing master file via tidal and usually it show a MQA indicator but it suddenly change to hr. Would it be a drop in audio quality?

  Hello Matthew, 

  Have you got your NODE connected to an External DAC via Optical/Coax and/or MQA External DAC (under Settings > Player > Audio) set to ON? If so then that would just mean that the your external DAC (and not the NODE's) is being used to do the decoding.
