Not recognising subfolders on NAS
BeantwortetHello,
I'm the owner of a Vault 2 and Node 2 for years, and never really had any problems with the devices.
Since 1-2 weeks (latest update?) I'm facing quite some problems on my Node 2.
All my music shows up, but certain folders won't play on the Node 2.
I tried everything, including deleting and rebuilding the index.
Removing shared folder, adding again to the library,...
I hadn't used my Vault 2 for 2 weeks, and delayed the latest update for 24 hours.
I just did a re-index of my library and those folders play without any issues.
Those same folders also play flawlessly on other applications like hificast, mconnect, bubble upnp to phone, chromecast and various other streaming devices.
What's wrong with the node?
When I want to play an album, it skips some tracks or gives an error message (in this case, to the second track):
Notification
Error: /var/mnt/NASNAME-Multimedia/Music/Bluesound Node 2/qobuz hr - wav-files/albums/Young, Neil & Crazy Horse/Zuma (96-24) (1975)/02 Danger Bird.wav
Playing back same album on Vault 2 (also track 1 plays fine):
File: /var/mnt/NASNAME-Multimedia/Music/Bluesound Node 2/qobuz hr - wav-files/albums/Young, Neil & Crazy Horse/Zuma (96-24) (1975)/02 Danger Bird.wav
The albums play on every device, except the Node 2 since a few days I suppose (latest update?)
Factory reset didn't help either.

Hello Tim,
Edit: re-read the post, looks like you're playing from the NAS Shares to both devices, and it plays via the Vault but not the Node.
Given this, please open the BluOS Controller app, ensure your Node is selected, try playing these songs, and after getting the error message, please send us a diagnostic log (Help > Send Support Request; log will be automatically attached) so our support crew may investigate this further.
Regards,
Sam R.
