Pulse soundbar 2i on optical input switch after x time to preset of other group stereo player ?

When looking to TV  and soundbar activated,  after x time,  the optical input switch to a preset of another group stereo ?  After erase the groups an installed again, i have the same problem.  After upgrade, the problem is stil there.

What can i do ?

  Hello Geert, 

  Do you perhaps have an Alarm (Settings > Alarms) that is triggering this on the Soundbar? 

  If not, the next time you find the Soundbar do this, please send our support crew a Diagnostic Log via the BluOS Controller app (Help > Send Support Request, the log will be automatically attached) so they may investigate what may be triggering this.
