Fixing metadata - Tagging in Bluesound Vault2

Every so oftern the metadata once I have loaded music into bluesound Vault2 is incorrect. I use MediaMonkey before it gets loaded, but sometimes it's still wrong. Although the Windows/File Explorer can see the Blusound, MediaMonkey does not. Is there a way to get it to see the Bluesound vault? Or is there another tagging software I should be using? I do not want to load music and then remove it and keep having to do that until somehow the metadata is fixed. I want to fix it on the Bluesound Vault2
