Unix user/99 windows 10
BeantwortetI am unable to delete songs from the database on Vault (1) via Windows 10 from a Dell OptiPlex 390. I saw an earlier post suggesting Bluesound might need to remotely solve this problem. Thank you for your help.

Hi Carey
The issue is with your Windows 10 update to 1909 as Microsoft has made a change herein their latest update. Please perform the following;
- In the run tab of windows open gpedit.msc and change the Group Policy;
- Computer configuration\administrative templates\network\Lanman Workstation
- Select Enable guest logons
- Reboot your PC and you should now have access

Hi, Tony. I was able to reset the guest logon, but I am still getting the following message:
"You require permission from Unix User\99 to make changes to this folder."
I have tried without success to change permissions. I am receiving this message when trying to do so:
"An error occurred while applying security information for \\10.0.0.146\Shared\Music\[name of file in Music folder]. Failed to enumerate objects in the container. Access is denied."
After some fruitless searching investigating the enumeration piece, I decided to re-contact you. Hopefully, this makes sense. Thanks.

Hi Carey
Just enter \\ip\shared. Music is stored in the Music Folder. Please do not adjust the rips folder. If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request in the App so our Support Crew can receive a copy of the log file and we will take a closer look.
