    This is a general and current problem. I just had the same issue. EXTREMELY frustrating when latest upgrade via the BluOS controller failed on one of my BS units and one needs to put firmware on a USB stick only to wait and wait for the e-mail to arrive and it doesn't. Repeated the process filling in the form for firmware and still one hour later same situation.

    Actually I'm having a hard time to understand why it couldn't be like before or (even better) that you provide an alternative such as anonymous FTP.

    BTW, the password reset link e-mail works without issues.
