Another download issue
BeantwortetMy Pulse didn't succesfully upgrade last week - I have requested a link for a manual download (on USB) twice - no success.
I have reached out to the email address - got a failure to deliver message twice but in the end a response that somebody from support would be in contact shortly. That was 4 days ago.
Still no link to get the upgrade - so no music.
Hopefully thgis post will 1) help me to get the link and 2) have Bluesound change their process to allow downloads without any manual handling on their side. This just takes up time from their support staff and the delay irritates their users

Hello Bas,
I have escalated your case manually, which should bypass the delivery error message. A member of our support crew will be in touch regarding the upgrade (and hopefully we can also gather info on why the email bounced back).

have the same experince, mailed from two different mail add....still no reply

In the end, I got in contact with Bluesound support - they tried multiple things to download the upgrade. In the end, they were not able to. I bropught it to Hifiklubben (where I bought it), they took it apart, cleaned in internally, replaced a usb storage device that sits internally) and it works again
