    Hi Tony,

    Thank you for your reply. I saw this page. However, I am blocked in the first step: I cannot find the skill of BluOS in Alexa. Is there any countries restriction? I live in Belgium

    Not geographically limited but perhaps language limited. The Alexa Skill is only available in English;

    • English (UK)
    • English (US)
    • English (CA)
    • English (AU)
    • English (IN)

    Sorry I am still working from home due to local COVID-19 measures and do not have an Alexa in my home but have reached out to one of my colleagues to confirm this is the limitation as he has one. I have asked him to report back if I am in fact wrong...

    This is confirmed - if your language is not one of the Above Englishes, you will not see it.

    Hello,

    I'm italian, here to your Node 2i is going well .. do you plan do improve Alexa Skill in italian too shorthly or in Italy we have non chance to use your Node 2i with voval interface?

    I am living in Spain. I can talk in English fluently. My Echoes are set in both languages. I can not understand why am not allowed to install the BluOS Voice Control Alexa skill. Every time I try to,  it redirects me to the Spanish Alexa skills web site where the BluOS skill is not available in English. Please make it available in English until you translate it to Spanish in the future!

    According to Amazon, this is likely caused by your Amazon account being with Amazon.ES and not the above locations.

    Is there any way around to change my Amazon ES account to one of the above locations temporarily to get the BluOS skill? Obviously I need to remain my account in Amazon ES where most of my skills are from like local news, weather forecast, etc. If not, do you have any future update regarding Spanish?
