Interface with Amazon Unlimited
BeantwortetI listen to Amazon Music Unlimited with both a Vault and a Powernode 2i. I am constantly, but not consistently, having to log out and log back in to Amazon as I get error messages about the remote service. It's not my network as the speeds are fine and both Bluesound devices are connected via ethernet.
In comparison, when I use Sonos and Amazon, the results are far superior. The artwork visuals are sharper and the options are more user friendly. For example, in Bluesound, I cannot shuffle an Amazon created playlist unless I start the playlist first. In Sonos, the option to shuffle is provided from the pop-up list of titles. It's a small matter, but these things start to pile up. I have never had to restart Amazon while listening via Sonos.
I am aware that Bluesound is unhappy with Amazon regarding the interface. I definitely want to use Bluesound's system to listen to higher resolution tracks, but somehow, things need to improve with the Amazon interface. Thank you for your continued work on this.

Regarding continued remote service issues: if you find this occurs again, please send a diagnostic log via Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app and a member of our support crew will look into this further.
