Quobuz does not stream
BeantwortetI try to set up my Bluesound Node 2i with my Quobuz account (Studio). So far I can see all my favorites but when clicking on a song it plays for 30s only. In addition there is no sound output.
I already check the wiring of my node 2i with other services on the Bluesound controller (e.g. Radio Paradise). It worked perfectly fine....
After a while I get the following information on the Bluesound controller:
Connection timed out Quobuz: 86108530
Can you please check and advice what I have to change?

Hello Oliver,
Please open the BluOS controller app and navigate to Music Services > Qobuz, then logout and log back in.
If that doesn't resolve it, please send our support crew a diagnostic log via Help > Send Support Request and a member of our support crew will look into it further (the log will automatically be included with the request).
Given that Radio Paradise appears to be working, it may also be a good idea to reach out to Qobuz support regarding this in the meantime as well.
