Windows 10 upgrade fails

The last two control app versions are not installable on Win 10. Blusound is aware of this and sent me the direct link, similar to a private FTP site, to upgrade to 3.8. This, after 2 weeks of me explaining the issue to them.

Same issue with most recent version: I can dl and attempt the .exe install, but it hangs halfway through. 

And so: how about acknowledging this and better yet, sharing the new dl url for my fellow users also unable to install.

  We have in fact passed this along to our Quality Assurance team to review. In their findings, it looks like, in at least your case, there where some modifications that may have happened with either user policies or user groups thus creating an issue with a previous version being improperly uninstalled. Please continue to work with our level 2 team to find a permanent solution to your issue.
