vault still stuck during update

• HI,

• is there still assistance on this forum during lockdown ?

  my vault is stuck for weeks with this 3.8.8 update. i cannot access it in any manner, led are not lightng.

  in spite of a DHCP reservation done in the router, my vault now has a fixed IP adress, but stil get stuck at this update.

  I tried manual update which did not work.

  what can I do other than throwing the vault to the trash ?
