no sound from tv HDMI ARC power node 2 1

I connected the Powernode 2 I to my TV with the HDMI connection. All HDMI connections on the TV are ARC suitable. However, I do not hear sound from the TV over the power node ... I only get sound if ink connects the power node with bluetooth to the TV. TV is from the brand Phillips type 65PUS7304. All settings viewed on the TV as well as on the powernode, cables and connections checked, however, no sound is output via the HDMI. What should I do ?

  Please ensure you have selected HDMI mode in the BluOS app:

  

  If you have done so and are still not getting audio through HDMI, please contact our support crew directly at support@bluesound.com or via the BluOS app by selecting Help > Send Support Request so that a member of our support crew may investigate this further with you.
