Need help with Alexa voice control on Node 1
I've some trouble controlling my Node 1 with Alexa. I own a Amazon echo dot 2nd generation and also a Google home mini. After setting thing up with the Google home app the Home mini works flawlessly with my Node. Alexa however doesn't do much.
I've changed my own created name for my Node to Bedroom en afterwards restarted the Node. I'm logged in with my Amazon account at Music services -> Amazon Alexa and have installed the BluOS Voice control skill so I think my setup is allright.
When I say 'Alexa, ask Blue Voice to play preset 3 in the Bedroom' I mostly get the response 'Playing preset 3 in the default room' but nothing happens (current music keeps playing). When I ask to 'Pause in the bedroom' I hear 'Pausing playback into the default room' but the music also keeps playing.
I've also tried the Amazon Alexa app on my Android phone, this give the same results.
Sometimes Alexa don't understand what I mean and comes up with the question 'You have BlueOS voice control enabled. Do you want to open it?' When I say 'yes' I get the whole skill introduction:
"Welcome to the BlueVoice Alexa skill. (...) Use the BluOS controller app in the appstore to link your BluOS device to your Amazon account. (...) What would you like to do?"
When I say 'Pause in the bedroom' I get the response the music will be paused but, again, this doesn't happen.
Am I missing something?

Hello musicfreak,
I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Alexa integration. The first thing I would suggest is that you ensure you are signed in to your Amazon account on each of your players individually.
If you have already signed into each of your devices and this issue still persists, please open the Alexa app on your phone or tablet and ensure that your Alexa is hearing the command issued correctly.
If Alexa is hearing your commands correctly but still exhibiting this behaviour, please contact our support crew directly at support@bluesound.com and they will gladly investigate this issue further for you.

I am signed in with my Amazon account on my Node 1, my only player. Furthermore I've checked that Alexa on the Android app is hearing the command correctly.
So I will sent a mail to support. Thank you for your assistance.0
