Nugs error using BluOS app on Mac, Windows, and IOS

When I try to play Goose HR April 26 Acoustic stream via my Bluos Nugs Player on my NAD C658 Streamer  I get Player Notification:  Unsupported content type Nugs:24822_457469_525500

 

The April 5th 2020 HR stream from Goose, and other recent HR streams from Billy Strings, etc...play fine.

 

I have tested this on my Mac BlueOs Controller, my Windows BluOs controller, and from my IOS Controller ...all can play the other HR tracks, but not the 4/26 Goose HR track.

 

Nugs,net cannot find the issue on their end.

 

Any help is appreciated.

  Hello CRD, 

  Please attempt to play the Goose HR April 26 Acoustic stream once more on your player, then send our support crew a diagnostic log of the event via Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app (the diagnostic log will automaticlaly be included with the request). A member of our support crew will review it and assist you further.
