I noticed in the IOS app that there should now be possibility to add art also for artists. However I could not find a way to make this work. Could you please enlighten me?

  Hi Paul

  We have not made any changes to our Apps to allow you to alter the metadata, I'm sorry but unsure how you got that impression. It is not there.

  Hi Tony,

  When you look at the following screenshot on my iPhone, you will see that there is an area (right above the artist name) that doesn't show a graphic. I'm not talking about any metadata but rather about "artist art", which is what would (and should?) be shown in that area. Now it appears like when album art is missing for any of your albums.

  Anyway to enlighten us on how to make this work?

  Hi Tony,

  I don't have a problem with album art (as you can see in the above picture). And I'm familiar with the blog post you mention.

  It's OK if you tell me that it is not possible to put anything for the artist (I see e.g. that in the case of Tidal, this art is displayed). It is just plain ugly

  Thanks, Paul - that Artwork cannot be altered. I am investigating with Engineering where it is being pulled from and will have to be resolved in a near-future firmware update. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
