    Hello David,

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Pulse Soundbar. The first thing I would suggest is to verify if this crackling is happening on multiple sources. For example, if you are noticing this distortion when playing audio from your Apple TV, try playing some content from TuneIn through the BluOS app to see if it occurs there as well.

    If this crackling is only happening with content from your Apple TV, try reseating the audio cable you are using to see if this helps. If the crackling is happening across all sources, please send a support request through the BluOS app to have a member of our support crew investigate this issue further for you. You can do this by going to Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app.
