    Hello Hector,

    I'm sorry to hear you are getting dropouts with your Amazon Music playback. If you are only noticing this issue with 24/192 content, it may be the case that your network throughput is having trouble providing a consistent stream of this higher-end audio. What I would suggest is to try improving the signal strength to your player or directly Ethernet connect it to your router to see if this helps to alleviate the issue.

    If this does not help, please go to Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app the next time this issue occurs to have our support crew investigate this further for you.
