Unable to stop the powernode 2i

I didn't find an answer to this probably basic question in the other posts. Shouldn't the powernode 2i stop playing music when I'm closing the Bluos app on my iPad? I'm using Tidal by the way.

If more info is required pse let me know.

  Hi Johan

  No - the App is simply a remote control. Think of it as putting the remote down on the coffee table does not stop the TV. You must pause the POWERNODE in the App or using the touch panel atop the Player to stop it from playing music.
