Bluesound Tidal Problem
Facing problems connecting to tidal using node 2i ( this for my fathers device). The node 2i was working with Tidal, but is now repeatedly asking for authentication even after entering the right password. Tidal app on his mobile is working fine,
This was earlier in apple device and now we are facing this even in android devices.
Please advise.

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Tidal playback. To help us investigate this issue further for you, can you please provide us with a diagnostic log from your player the next time this error message occurs?
The log can be sent by going to Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app. The diagnostic log will be automatically attached to this request.
Once we receive your log, a member of our support crew will review it and work with you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
