No connection to my wifi network
Hello just received m’y new node2i, I own one IPhone SE and one IPad my problem is that I cannot the Node 2i to wifi network. I follow your instruction on both the Iphone and m’y Ipad but it really does not work. But I havé acces to the Node2i when It is connected directly to my router. I am very upset about this problem.I did your help.

I'm sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues with your Node 2i's WiFi setup. What I would suggest is to try configuring your player onto WiFi while Ethernet connected. To do this, open the BluOS app and go to Settings > Player > WiFi.If you are unable to configure your player to your wireless network even while Ethernet connected, please contact our support crew directly at support@bluesound.com or by going to Help >Send Support Request in the BluOS app for further assistance.
