    Hi Alan

    • Please select Help, Diagnostics, Rebuild Index - The Player LED will turn White
    • Wait until the LED returns to Blue - this will take some time - about 1 minute per 500 songs in your Library
    • Once the LED turns Blue - Kill or close the App. (If you are not sure how to do this, restart your phone/tablet)
    • Relaunch the App and select Help, Music Library, Reload Album Artwork
    • Select your Library and scroll through, the ALbum Artwork should populate as you scroll

    If the problem persists after this, please select Help, Send Support Request so we can take a closer look.
