Vault 2 library not accessible on NAD c388 bluos module

Hi, I have a C388 bluos module (wifi), Vault 2, and pulse mini set up. All are recognized on the Bluos app, and I can access the library from the Vault and pulse mini, but not the c388. Any thoughts? Thanks, JO

  Hi John

  Your NAD C388 is not on the same network or there is some sort of networking issue.

  Please select Help, Send Support Request in the App with the C388 selected as the Player so we may help troubleshoot.
