    Hello Nnead,

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your HIGHRESAUDIO download to your Vault. From what you have described, this sounds to be an issue with HIGHRESAUDIO's download servers reaching the Vault correctly. I will bring this to the attention of our Quality Assurance team to see if we can follow up with HIGHRESAUDIO and help to resolve this issue.

    In the meantime what I would suggest is to continue downloading your music to your PC and transferring it to your Vault to work around this issue.
