Chromebook location unenabled

The Android app worked fine until I did a factory reset on my ASus C34 Chromebook. 

When I reinstalled the android App it asks me to enable location services and the Location services screen comes on. When I try and move the slider from off to on it jumps back to off so the Blue OS app is uninstallable,

Help please !

  If you are using Network Location, try switching to GPS Location. If the problem persists, please e-mail us at support@bluesound.com
