Node 2 Ignores IR in Most (for me) Scenarios
BeantwortetHi Support
I've been living in hope for some time now that this may have been sorted out eventually in the firmware but no such luck.
The issue I've always had is that if my Node 2 is in any of the following states;
- Paused on internet radio
- Playing back music via Roon
- Paused in Roon
then it does not respond to the IR command that I've set up to select the Optical input i.e. when I turn on the TV. Unfortunately, this comprises of three of the four states that my Node is ever in - the forth being playing back internet radio, which is the only time that the Optical input command actually works.
Just to be clear, it does also usually work when playing or paused from a NAS using BluOS, or Spotify, it's just that I don't use these playback options.
The obvious suggestion would be to turn on the auto signal sensing - except that, unfortunately, it's a bit overzealous and has a habit of randomly switching to my powered off TV when listening to music (which I think has been reported elsewhere).
Any help would be appreciated as I'm a bit over having to get my phone out to watch TV!
Regards,
Nathan
