    Hi Christian

In the BluOS App for iOS and Android it should be cached (unless the phone or tablet is full). Select Settings Reload Artwork to reset the cache.

In the BluOS App for Windows or macOS artwork can be cached but is usually re-polled at each launch of the App.

If problems persist, Help, Send Support Request so we may see more details in the Player log.

Thanks for the quick response. I just checked with my iPad. As far as i can tell no Problem on ios. So it could be an android Problem. Maybe a setting on android device.

Behavior is reproducable on Samsung Tablet and Google Pixel 3. With ipad 2 air no problem.

Maybe someone with Android device could tell me if they see the same behavior regarding the cover artwork.

    Thanks!

I sent a Support request yesterday. In the meantime i checked the log by myself and the different behavior of ios and android device is clearly visible.

If scrolling through the album view it looks like the android device always requests artwork, which is not the case for the ios device (devices can be identified in the log by the IP adress).

I reloaded the artwork and the cache of the app grows. This did not change the behavior. The Album Artwork still pops slowly in.

For sure i am not an expert, just an interpretation from my side.I hope an expert will response soon.

    Thanks
