    Hi Frank

Select the context menu (3 dots) of the Album when browsing it and mark as Favourite. It will then show in Favourties, Albums in the App.

    Tony,

I understand how to get albums into Favorites/Albums. My problem is that they are all there in one group. I would like to be able to create sub folders to organize the albums. Can I do that? If not, is there a least a way to edit the order in which the albums appear?

    Hi Frank

The albums appear in order they are favourited and cannot be classified. Sorry... I have passed this feedback along for future consideration.

    Disappointing.

How about Playlists? Can full albums be placed in specific a Play list as an album, or just the "songs"?

Is there no way to group albums by "genre"?

Yes, you may add an entire album to a Playlist the same way you add a Song. In your local library, you can view by Genre. Some Music Services will also allow this depending on the information provided in their respective APIs.

Thanks. Using the Playlists as genre works pretty well, except that the albums are added as a full list of the songs in the album. Makes for a lot of scrolling to find the one you want.

The Library idea sounds good, but I can't figure it out. By "local library" do you mean "Local Shares" in Settings/Library? It seems to ask for creating a folder as a link back to files on my computer. I do not know about any local files to link.

Or is it a "Network Share" ?

I use Tidal as my music service.

Local Shares is a Wizard in the Desktop App which helps you locate and link to Network Shares. Once Network Shares are connected, a Local Library appears in the Navigation Drawer.

I was able to set up Local Shares with a folder on my hard drive. It is empty because I have no music on my hard drive.

The Local Share now appears in Network Shares, but I can't figure out how to make a link/share. I tried various possibilities based on my music source "Tidal". All efforts resulted in "Mounting Shares Failed". Not sure I know what to enter for the computer name?

Can I link to my Tidal account?

I am just looking for a way to index my Bluesound/Tidal Favorite Albums by Genre.

    Hi Frank

TIDAL information is a different story - you can mark items as favourties using the context menu but Streaming Services will vary based on the API provided by, in this case TIDAL.

TIDAL Access is controlled (added) in the Music Services Library and will then appear as it's own source in the Navigation Drawer separate from the Library.

Tidal is already shown in the "Navigation Drawer", and it does have a selection for "genre". But, the item in the Genre have nothing to do with my Favorites. It is just a way search by genre. I guess I'll stick with Play Lists.

I have another issue. I am still having "Grouped Player Connection Failure" problems. I have a Node 2i connected to my stereo receiver/speakers and a Pulse Mini. Both Bluesound devices have been connected via WiFi Range Extender on a common 2.4G signal (sometimes less signal strength than recommended).

The problem mostly occurs with the Pulse Mini (if I disconnect the Group, most often the Node 2i will still work. Re booting the Speaker usually allows regrouping both devices). Recently I have been trying a wired Ethernet connection from the WiFi extender to the Pulse Mini. So far that seems to help. But, if I go to check Signal Strength in diagnostics , nothing shows. Is this correct? Also there is a continuous flashing-orange light at the Ethernet Port on the Speaker. Is this correct.

If the wired Ethernet from the Extender is a good idea, would it be a good idea to buy a second Extender and use it for an Ethernet Connection to the Node 2i?

    Hi Frank

If you are using the wired network port, then there is no signal strength reading anymore. Tes this is correct and normal behaviour for a wired connection.

If it works, then why not use it for the NODE as well.

Thanks, I will give it a try.

What about the continuously flashing-orange light at the Ethernet Port. Is this correct?
