Seperate volume settings for digital and analog outputs

I am using the Node 2i to feed both my DAC and an analog input on my preamp.  There are reasons to do this.  In some cases it's preferable to use my existing DAC.  In others, such as with MQA material, it might be preferable to use the Node 2i's MQA decoder/DAC. Having the ability to do output level matching would be very useful.  Apparently this isn't possible - please correct me if I'm wrong.  Nevertheless, this would be a valuable feature for many users. Thanks you for your considerated progrerssions.

  Thanks for the feedback but unfortunately, this is not possible without a significant redesign of the entire audio output chain. I have however passed it along for future consideration...
