Pulse Sub stopped playing

A couple of weeks ago my Pulse Sub stopped playing. Is is paired with my Soundbar, it is in the app. Soundbar cuts off fine when i select subwoofer but no sound from the Sub. Have tried factory reset on the Soundbar several times as well as new pairing with the Sub. No results. Anyone with the same issues?
If all else fails can i connect the sub to the Soundbar with wires?

You can connect it using a wired sub-woofer cable. If you do, we recommend setting the volume of the PULSE SUB from 5 to 9. The volume knob is located under the rubber BLUESOUND branded stopper along the top of the PULSE SUB. To however get to the real core of the problem, please select Help, Send Support request in the BluOS App with the PULSE SOUNDBAR selected so we may review the SOUNDBAR log file and help find out what happened that caused it to disconnect in the first place.
