Cannot connect to Vault2i via Explorer

I cannot connect my Vault 2i via Explorer. I open Explorer type in \\198.168.1.***\shared. I then get a message "\\198.168.1.***\shared cannot be found". I had the Music and Rip file open and did some work on my files. I closed the explorer and then tried to reopen it. That was 2 hours ago. I have powered down all my players and router and rebooted them all. I still cannot access the Music files. Any ideas? I opened Control Panel>Turn Windows Features on and off> checked SMB1.0/CIFS box after checking this site.
