High pitch noise Powernode 2i

Hi,

my Powernode 2i makes high pitch noises on the left channel when it´s powered on. I can hear it when no music is playing which is pretty annoying when youre trying to sleep :/ My first unit made some weird clicking noises so I returned it and now I guess I will need to return this one again.

I really love this device, but i don´t know if I really want to try a third one or just get something similar.

Do you know about this problem?

  Hi Jan

  please try trimming your speaker cables at both ends. You can also try swapping the left and the right at the POWERNODE end to confirm the issue is the speaker terminal on the POWERNODE and not the speaker itself...
