Digital signal Bluos module in NAD amplifier
BeantwortetHi,
in my NAD C388 I have a Bluos module integrated.
my question is about the signal that is given from the module to the amplifier: is it a digital or analog signal?
kind regards,
Ricus

Hello Ricus,
The signal from the BluOS MDC to the C388 chassis is a digital signal. Once this digital signal is passed to the C388 chassis, the internal DAC will then convert this to an analog signal.Regards,

Hi Wesley,
Thank you very much.
Is it also possible to switch from digital to analog signal, or should I in that case buy a Node2(i) and sell my BluOS MDC?
In an other contribution/request I have asked for the possibility to built an equaliser into the the Node software, in order to control the bass by frequency range.
Kind regards,
Ricus

Hi Ricus
The NODE 2i will do the same. The analogue signal in both cases is converted to 24/96. Connect your analogue source to the line in of the NAD C388 for a true signal.
