Quadriplegic needs Google voice assistant
BeantwortetHello,
About a year ago, a salesman at the local hi-fi shop sold me a blue sound node2i.
One of the main features that I was excited about is that it will eventually work with Google assistant. Because of my disability, I use Google assistant every day for many tasks. I would absolutely love it if I would be able to use Google assistant with my blue sound device.
I have been waiting a long time for this and I think its time for your company to really have. a look at this issue for the disabled community.
Thank you kindly for your attention in this matter.
**For the record, I have followed all of the steps that were mentioned in previous threads over. the last 6 to 9 months.**

Hi Tyler
We are very proud to have launched Google Assistant last month. Here's how to set it up; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360035677894
If you are having issues setting us up, let me know and I can escalate your request and have someone reach out to you.

Hello,
Google Assistant can indeed be setup however it's just a limited integration:
-It only works in English (my family speaks Dutch :-( ).
- You cannot use simple language like: "Hey Google, play music in kitchen". You need to use a workaround with specific Blue Voice commands. With Sonos you can use simple language.
