Local library has disappeared

Anyone know how to get the local library to appear? Vault 2 is recognized and connected, and files all there locally stored.
Have rebooted the Vault, have reindexed, and have rebuilt index but still nothing appears.
Using latest firmware for player and aps.

We are really sorry this happened but we are issuing a software release this morning to BluOS 3.6.6. If you have yet to be prompted for the update, please select Help, Check for Update in the BluOS App.
This release will update your indexing issues but you will have to select Settings, Music Library, Reindex Music Collection to restore your Library.

My library in my vault disappeared again. This happens every few weeks. I tried re-indexing without success.

Hello Antoni,
The behavior you described unexpected. Please send our support crew a diagnostic log of your Vault by navigating in the BluOS app to Help > Send Support Request (log will automatically be attached to the request) so that a member of our support crew can investigate this further.

I am new to Bluesound. This has happened to me as well. I set up my network shares, was initially successful in indexing the library, but when I deleted one album folder, it will not reindex. Very disappointing. I've reached out for help just have just received an automated reply with some articles attached that are not helpful.
