Troubleshooting with pulse mini 2

I have troubleshooting with my pulse mini 2.
I had everything the first time I put it on but since I've no sound out on the speaker. Sound out on headphones is ok.
I am using iphone Xr or 6S or Macbook. Neither Airplay or bluetooth are working. I've also tried with netradio and usb key. It has work a little bit and after a second try nothing.
I've tried also to change network or to put it on lan. No issue.
Is someone encountering the same problem or know how to fix it.

Me too. It's a known problem — probably hardware, that costs $275 + shipping to repair. Piece of junk. DO NOT BUY BLUESOUND!!!
