Multiple search & access questions: Amazon HD vs Tidal
BeantwortetMultiple questions:
1. It is much easier to search for an artist in Tidal (type the Name and I get a list) vs Amazon (which first asks me to choose between Amazon Music vs My Music. Is this a restriction imposed by Amazon?
2. When selecting an album in Tidal in both the MacOS and iOS apps, I can click the three vertical dots next to the album in order to add all tracks to my upcoming playlist. Amazon, on the other hand, only allows me to click on the first track, then uses auto fill to play the rest of the album. I noticed that Amazon just changed this on the iOS app, but not on the MacOS desktop app. Will this be updated.
3. When using the Tidal app outside my home, they offer continually updated customized mixes named "My Mix", but I haven't been able to locate these within the BluOS app. Is this a Tidal restriction or something that will be integrated into BluOS?
Thanks in advance.

Hello Rich,
To answer all 3 of your questions, the BluOS app integrates with these streaming services through their third-party API. This third-party API is separate from their stand-alone app has slightly different functionality depending on the app.Since BluOS uses these APIs to allow us access to these services, we are only able to replicate commands and options which have been made available from these services. This is why navigating through Amazon Music and Tidal work in different ways.
With that being said we will continue to work with these services to provide the most robust listening experience possible through the BluOS app and bring features available in these stand-alone apps into BluOS as well.
Regards,
Wesley P.
