"Host is Down" Error Message

For the last week or so I can no longer play music from a shared folder on my iMac.  If I click on Library-Folders/ and then the //host/folder in the BluOS Controller it tells me:

"Error reading folder"

"Host is down"

The host is fine as it's where I'm running the controller software.  I've reindexed the library, restarted the iMac as well as the Vault.

Any ideas?

  I can now see the albums under Artists and Albums but till can't see them under Library-Folders.

  Is there a reason they can't be seen under folders?

  You can 'see' them but you cannot actually access them if the Host is Down. Please review the Help Centre Article and if problems persists, please select Help, Send Support Request in the App
