cables are all connected. I did reset and update everything. but still nothing

Your cable is loose or disconnected. Check the connection or even look at replacing the cable. If the problem persists, please send the log file by selecting Help, Send Support Request in the App.

the cable is good. shows light. goes in optical in and..... nothing on the app
