I had a direct ethernet connection checked my network system - everything is working perfectly.

The issue is with your network router connection to TIDAL servers (yes I realise you are wired). Please restart your network router. Wait 5 minutes then restart your Bluesound Player. If problems persists, please select Help Send Support Request in the App.
