Spotify NAD C368 MDC BLuOS-2 no connection.

I'm really not the only one with connection problems Spotify NAD368 BLuOS-2. The problem started after a software update this evening, initiated by the BLUoS itself. Silence was all I got after that. And even after I did all of the above posted including a router restart, silence remained my part. I also initiated the BLUoS software myself.
This should not be!! Software upgrade? Sure, but give me my own expensive toy back afterwards..... please?

We couldn't agree more that this should not have affected Spotify.
The preventative maintenance update had no changes to Spotify. We suggest selecting Music Services, Spotify and disassociate your NAD C368 from Spotify. Select Help, Diagnostics and restart your C368. Once your C368 is back in ready mode, try using Spotify Connect again.
If problems persists, please select Help, Send Support Request so we may review the log file and get back to you via e-mail for more details.
