volume mistake

I've programmed the volume + and - in the remote control navigation in the Os iphone app, but using the TV remote controle does switch off the sound with the command + and on with another +. I can see that the TV is still receiving the IR signal because it states that 'the sound of the TV is blocked' (audio set on playing through external boxes) Any ideas how to solve this?

  Hi Ramo

  Mistakes happen... Select Settings, Player, IR Remote and scroll to the bottom to select Clear All to reset and start again.
