Tidal recommendations in BluOS completely different from real Tidal
BeantwortetHi there, not sure if it's just me, but Tidal recommendations (songs, playlists, albums) in my BluOS controller (both iOS and Windows) are completely different than suggested tracks, albums, playlists in my native Tidal app (both iOS and Windows). Recommendations in BluOS-Tidal make no sense, they're not related at all to what I listen to, while suggestions by the native Tidal app make a lot of sense to me. I have the latest versions of BluOS controller, latest firmware, and I tried to logoff from Tidal service in BluOS and log on again, restarted everything, with no result. It seems like a bug in BluOS.

HI Ales
Thanks for the feedback. We are currently speaking with TIDAL hoping to include an updated API which includes My Mixes. The above sounds like an API call that is not updated. I have made note of it to speak with our QA Team about this when discussing with TIDAL.
Thanks for teh feedback as we are always looking to improve the experience.

I have this exact same problem and it would be great to get solved. Even better would be access to my bluesound amp through the tidal app, as with Spotify. Right now neither works and it's a reason to switch to Spotify as soon as they upgrade their streaming quality.

I still get not relevant recommendations in the Bluos Controller App. Any news on this one?

Hi Axel
Unfortunately API changes do take time and we have to wait until TIDAL publishes them. You can also let TIDAL know your concerns and frustration. Their response will be 'just use our App' but in doing so, you will not get MQA quality out of your players. Remind them of this...
Thanks for your patience.
