Small front LED on new Pulse Mini original does not light up

I just bought a new original Pulse Mini, but the led at the bottom-center of the grill isn't working. The unit works fine otherwise, and the top leds all work. Can this be fixed?

  I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the front LED of your Pulse Mini. What I would suggest is to try adjusting the Indicator Brightness option in the BluOS app to see if this helps to restore your front LED. To do this go to Settings > Player > Indicator Brightness and try toggling this settings to Off then back to Normal.
