Bluetooth faltering

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

After a while using the Bluesound Node 2 as Bluetooth receiver, i founds that this was working a long period on several devices without any trouble. Most for some movie or youtube sounds to the stereo set, not real high quality required.

Nowadays when I do connect a laptop or a phone, the sounds is very faltering and stuttering. In general with all units this went wrong. Only using 1 laptop, the sounds is okay. But with all other devices this is not okay. When I reduce the distance between sender and receiver the problem is a bit less, but not fully disappears.

Of course a restart of all devices is done, and that is not the solution in any kind!

I can not figure out what is going on and how to solve this issue.
