Can't find my Pulse 2 in bluOS app , but it shows up in spotify

I have a problem with my Pulse 2... After a short while it doesn't show up in the app at all.. But i can find it and play on it using spotify connect. I have a Uniquiti Unifi router. I have the same problem with ethernet and wireless( signal strength 96%). I did a factory reset..but still the same problem
What shall i do?

Network traffic is being blocked. Please ensure you have Multicast enabled in your Ubiquiti router. You may also want to try disabling IGMP Snooping.
