    Hi Bokap

    Once completed, purge and recreate your Library Database by selecting Help, Diagnostics, Rebuild Index.

    I am doing it again but I have this a few times already and it does not purge duplicates. I will let you know when the rebuild is done. Thanks

    I realize that I was doing the reindexing wrong. I wasn't going through help-diagnostics. I am doing it now but it just says please wait. Is that how it works or should I see any progress

    The LED in the Bluesound Player (or DALI Soundhub) will turn white, on NAD products, the front panel will indicate Indexing. In the App under Settings, Music Library, Reindex (the standard update process rather than rebuild) will show a counter update every 50 songs...
