Sleep timer not working.

Hi.

For several weeks... or so I see that Sleep Timer is counting down but not turning off Node 2i.   It just keeps playing music. Neither Win10 nor Android controller - Sleep Timer is not working at all. 

Any idea how to fix it?

  Hi Siemak

  We would like to see a log file from your player. Can you please run the sleep timer again for something short like 15 minutes. After 20 minutes, please select Help, Send Support Request in the App so we may review what is (not) happening.

  Hello again. 

  The problem with Sleep Timer has been fixed.  I'm using external DAC/preamp and had Volume set to Fixed.                    Now I turned it off and Sleep Timer works fine again.
