Bluetooth connected but no sound

Hi,

I've bought the Bluesound Node 2i, and connected it my android Phone. Everything works just fine, but when I want to play music from a video or podcast on my phone (bluetooth connected, sound level to maximum), the Node 2i switches automatically to Bluetooth, but no sound (only a "play" icon in BluOs).

I send a request via the Help in BluOs App, but no answer...

Do you have any idea ??

  Please check out www.bluesound.com/bluetooth.

  Ensure you are set to Automatic in your Bluetooth Settings and your Bluetooth device is turned up volume wise. If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App.

  I've checked already the bluetooth settings, and the volume is ok on my device and phone.

   

  I've already sent a support request via the Help in the App, but never been answered (request #136457) !
