Hello,

Out of interest I copied some favourite CDs to the following external hard drive and connected to the Node 2i via USB. However, I found the USB link on the app on my mobile, but it said there was no music. I have had a look at the spec for the hard drive and cannot find any mention of FAT32. Is there any way around this?

  Hi Kevin

  We have not had issues with WD Passports in the past. Check to make sure the drive only has 1 partition. Sometimes external back up drives include a system partition for software that comes with the drive. Also make sure the drive does not need an external power source.
